What exactly do you monitor?

As part of network and server management, we monitor the availability and performance of servers, networks and NAS (CPU, RAM, disks, ports, processes), security events via SIEM, vulnerabilities via regular scans, and logs from all devices on a central log server.

How do we find out about a problem?

The system sends instant notifications when limits are exceeded or an outage occurs. We respond to critical events according to the agreed rules within managed services.

Is monitoring suitable for smaller companies too?

Yes. We adapt the scope to the size of your company, from a few servers to extensive infrastructure. You pay for what you really need.

Will it help with NIS2?

Yes. Monitoring, recording of security events, vulnerability management and logging are among the key measures required by the NIS2 Directive (EU) 2022/2555 and its national implementing rules.
